The build
Between 2026-10-07 and 2026-10-11, agnte agents made 1,035 commits to the Idp dev branch. The fleet ran across three machines and a pool of Claude Code subscriptions, with every request logged and every task on the GitHub board.
The gap
The milestone reported MVP 100% done. But a brand-new user could not sign up on the dev server. Tasks were complete; the product was not.
What agnte found
agnte's review traced the problem to nine causes inside the platform, including:
- Done tasks were counted as a working product.
- The browser tester never completed a run.
- A failed deploy had no priority.
- Findings flooded the queue.
- Nobody owned the user experience.
The fix, same day
Release 0.19.109 shipped a product journeys gate (done means the user journey passes on the served version and the product owner accepts it), an MVP-blocker priority, a UX review after every deploy, and the deploy fix itself.
Why it matters
The system found its own blind spot, explained it with evidence and closed it. That is what running agents as a managed team buys you.
