1. 14-day money-back guarantee
If you are not happy with agnte, get a full refund within 14 days of your first payment: open the Manage subscription page and choose Refund and cancel. You can also reply to your license email or write to hello@agnte.ai with your order reference. Your license ends when the refund is made.
2. After 14 days
Renewals and later payments are not refunded, except where the law requires it. Cancel at any time from the Manage subscription page: agnte keeps working until the end of the period you paid for and you are not charged again.
3. Plan changes
Upgrades are charged right away, minus credit for the unused part of your current plan. Downgrades start on your next billing date, so there is nothing to refund. A switch to a different billing period (for example yearly to monthly) starts up to 2 days before that date, with credit for the unused days.
4. How refunds are paid
agnte is sold by Contellect Technologies L.L.C S.O.C (Dubai, United Arab Emirates) through Paddle. Refunds are processed by Paddle, our reseller and Merchant of Record, to the payment method you used, including the tax you paid. Your bank may take several days to show it.
