1. Who is responsible
Contellect Technologies L.L.C S.O.C, Dubai, United Arab Emirates, the company behind agnte, is the controller of the personal data described here. Contact: hello@agnte.ai.
2. What we collect and why
- Contact form: name, email, phone (optional), company, team size and your message, plus technical details recorded to prevent spam: IP address, approximate country, time zone, browser, device and the pages you visited. Used to answer you.
- Free trial and licenses: your email, your license and its plan, and for each device: a one-way hash of the device id, the device name, app version and when it last checked in. Used to deliver your key, enforce device limits and let you manage devices.
- Purchases: Paddle, our reseller and Merchant of Record, collects your payment and billing details. We receive your name, email, country, plan, order references and amounts, used to issue your license and keep accounting records. We never see your full card details.
- Cancellations: the reason you give when you cancel, used to improve agnte.
- Security: IP addresses of requests to our APIs, used for rate limiting and, if your organisation sets one, its network allow-list.
3. What we do not collect
We do not receive your code, projects, prompts or agent outputs: they stay on your machines and with the AI model providers you connect. The website uses no analytics, advertising or tracking cookies. It remembers in your browser (local storage, not a cookie) that you have seen the privacy notice, and, for the contact form, the first page of your visit (session storage, cleared when you close the tab). Paddle's checkout on the pricing page uses its own cookies to process your payment.
4. Who processes it for us
- Paddle (payments, invoices, tax, refunds).
- Microsoft Azure (website hosting, license storage and sending emails).
We do not sell personal data.
5. How long we keep it
Contact requests are kept while we are in touch with you. License and device records are kept while your license exists and for as long as needed afterwards for support, tax and accounting obligations. Rate-limit records expire within days.
6. Your rights
You can ask to access, correct, export or delete your personal data, or object to how we use it, by emailing hello@agnte.ai. Some records (such as invoices) must be kept by law.
7. Changes
We may update this policy; the date below shows the latest version.
